Served lightly salted with a squeeze of lemon and cayenne peppers

Bindi’s Hot and Sour Salad; cabbage, carrots, peppers and chillies stir-fried with sesame seeds, mustard and a dash of lime and raw sugar water
3. BATATA VADA (Ve, GF)
Spiced potato balls covered in batter and fried, served with coriander & chilli chutney
4. ONION BHAJIAS (Ve, GF)
Chopped onions mixed in a spiced gram flour paste, deep fried and served with a fresh green chilli and coriander chutney

7. ROYAL RAITA (GF)
Seasoned yoghurt with grated cucumber, pomegranate, onion and aniseeds fused with my savoury chickpea sprinkles

8. IMLI MOGO FRIES (Ve, GF)
Chunky fries made from cassava (Africa’s answer to the potato). Served with salt, cayenne pepper, date and tamarind sauce
9. GARLIC MOGO (Ve, GF)
Mogo fries seasoned with spicy garlic paste, chilli and lemon. Full of spice and flavour, not for the faint hearted!
10. PANI PURI (Ve)
Round, hollow puri, crispy and filled with a mixture of flavored water (pani), tamarind chutney, chilli, chaat masala, potato, onions and chickpeas
11. PAPRI CHAT
Crushed wheat biscuits with chickpeas, sev, chopped onion, fresh coriander, tamarind sauce and yoghurt
12. CHAAT (Ve, GF)
Puffed rice, Bombay mix and sev tossed with fresh pomegranate (seasonal), onion, lime & tamarind
13. DABELI (Ve)
The Gujarati answer to the veggie burger. Toasted bread roll filled with spicy potatoes, onions, crispy sev, pomegranate (seasonal only) served and garnished with garlic chutney and fresh coriander
14. PATRA (Ve)
Patra leaves stuffed with a spicy mixture of gram flour, tamarind and spices to make a rich and delicious dish sautéed with sesame seeds and garnished with coconut
15. SAMOSAS (Ve)
A spicy vegetable mix, folded in hand-rolled pastry and fried, served with date and tamarind chutney
16. KACHORI (Ve)
Mildly spiced moong daal rolled in pastry and fried, served with green chilli & coriander chutney
17. CHILLI PANEER (GF)
Indian cheese stir fried with chillies, onions, garlic, bell peppers, spices and fresh coriander tossed in a tangy spiced sauce.
18. ALOO PARATHA (Ve on request)
Heavenly unleavened flatbread stuffed with delicately spiced mashed potatoes (and cheddar cheese for the more indulgent amongst you), served warm with our classic raita.
19. VEGETABLE STIR FRIED RICE (Ve, GF)
Rice with chillies, peppers, onions & coriander, seasoned with Indian spices
20. BINDI SPECIAL SALAD (Ve, GF upon request)

Thali - The ‘Arranged Marriage’ of our menu, chef will choose a range of delicious flavour combinations each day.
At £8.50 per person, the Thali is a main course, steeped in tradition and made with the freshest ingredients. Typical at Indian weddings or when entertaining at home.
